need three functionalities to be added with minor validation fixes
i.e
1. Admin should approve Job opportunity before publicly posting it after the Alumni uploads a Job vacancy
2. Alumni Meet Notifications (where Admin can access all channels of group chat and simply send a message)
3. Notification to Students when a new Job/Internship vacancy is posted
