Property Marketplace MVP Build
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to commission an MVP of “Business Hub,” developed under the CYBEXONICS IT CONSULTANTS banner. The immediate scope is property listings only—buy, sell, and rent—while the codebase should remain modular so we can bolt on a vehicle module later without rewrites.
Core workflow
• Guests freely browse every listing through a modern, fully responsive React interface—no login walls.
• Registered users create listings, message sellers, and place rental bookings.
• Verified dealers onboard through DigiLocker + GSTIN checks; once approved they receive a dedicated dashboard.
• Payments for featured ads, booking deposits, or dealer subscriptions flow through Razorpay and appear in their wallet inside the app.
Key components
1. Public portal
– Search bar with location, price, and category filters
– Listing cards, detail pages, and photo carousel
2. Auth & profiles
– Email / OTP sign-up, Firebase Auth
– Dealer verification flow (DigiLocker & GSTIN API calls)
3. User / dealer dashboard
– CRUD for listings, booking calendar, payment history
4. Admin panel
– Manage users, listings, disputes, payout approvals, CMS blocks
5. Back-end services
– Node.js + Express REST API (or GraphQL if you prefer)
– Data stored in MySQL (Firebase Firestore acceptable if justified)
6. Payment layer
– Razorpay orders, webhooks, and refund handling
– Transaction logs in the database
7. DevOps
– Git repository, environment files, and deployment scripts (Vercel / AWS / Firebase Hosting)
Acceptance criteria
• All pages score 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile.
• Verified dealer flow returns “success” status from DigiLocker & GSTIN sandbox.
• A test payment using Razorpay’s demo card lands in the admin dashboard within five seconds.
• End-to-end testing (Cypress or Playwright) covers guest search, user listing creation, and checkout.
• Code pushed daily to the repo; final hand-off includes schema, API docs, and setup guide.
Timeline is 30–45 days, so I’m looking for someone who can start immediately and ship iteratively—home page and search in week 1, dashboards by week 3, payments by week 4, polish and QA afterward. If this sounds like a build you can own end-to-end, let’s talk tech architecture and sprints.
