Progressive web app Build End-to-end in a week

I need an end-to-end progressive web app built and live within seven calendar days. The design files are ready in Figma (10–12 screens), and the data layer will consist of 8 MySQL tables. The entire workflow—database schema, backend APIs, React frontend, OTP-based user authentication, push notifications, full offline capability, and final deployment to Google Firebase—must be handled in this single engagement.

Key technical notes
• Frontend: React with service-worker setup so every screen works seamlessly offline and passes Lighthouse PWA checks.
• Backend: any modern JS/TS stack you’re comfortable with, as long as it cleanly exposes secure REST/GraphQL endpoints for the app and connects to MySQL.
• Authentication: phone-number OTP flow (Twilio or Firebase Auth, your choice) with session refresh handling.
• Push notifications: browser push routed through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Hosting & CI: deploy on Firebase Hosting + Cloud Functions (or Cloud Run) and deliver a reproducible deploy script / GitHub Actions file.

To make expectations crystal-clear, here are the deliverables I will consider “done”:

1. Normalised MySQL schema script for the 8 tables and seed data for basic testing.
2. Source-controlled backend (Node/Express, Nest, or similar) with documented endpoints.
3. Fully responsive React SPA matching the Figma design pixel-close, installable as a PWA, functioning offline, and issuing push notifications.
4. OTP sign-up / login flow wired to the backend and Firebase (production keys redacted via environment vars).
5. Firebase project deployed at my domain, SSL enabled, plus written hand-off instructions.
6. Short README covering local setup, build, and redeploy steps.

Acceptance criteria
• All screens render correctly on modern mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge).
• Lighthouse PWA score ≥ 90 on performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO.
• API responses under 300 ms (local tests) and no console errors.
• End-to-end tests for the critical auth and offline flows.

Timeline is non-negotiable: everything above finished and reviewed within one week of contract start. Please quote a single, all-inclusive cost now; I will not reopen price discussions later.
