Professional web developer with previous experience in Hotel Booking Website Development in MERN Stack

I'm looking for an experienced developer with a background and previous experience in the hotel booking industry to create a modern, user-friendly website in the MERN stack (React, Node.js, Next). Must have 2 Front end: One for Travellers and one for Hotels to list their Hotel.
Project: Front-End Development
Milestone 1: Front-End Development
- Scope: Complete front-end development for travelers and hotels, including inclusive BYOP (BID YOUR OWN PRICE) on pricing and dynamic pricing based on IP address.
- Deadline: July 24 to July 10 August.
- Requirements:
- Develop the front-end for travelers and hotels, including the hotel dashboard where hotels can list their properties, manage various room types, and pricing.
- Incorporate inclusive BYOP (BID YOUR OWN PRICE) on pricing and dynamic pricing based on IP address.
- Support: Contact me with any questions.
- Payment: $500 upon completion by the deadline.
Milestone 2: Admin Panel Development
- Deadline: August 10-20/08.
- Tasks:
- Develop a comprehensive admin panel with full control over the entire front-end.
- Admin functionalities must include:
- Editing texts, pictures, videos, titles, and placeholders on every single page.
- Integrating Google Analytics.
- Managing pricing and financial data.
- Maintaining a separate section for data analysis.
- Including AI analytics to track traffic sources and demographics.
- Integrate AI technology for:
- B2B chat box (platform to hotels).
- B2C chat box (platform to customers).
- Payment: $500 upon completion by the deadline.
Milestone 3: Hotel Data Transfer and Layout Adjustment
- Deadline: August 20 to August 27.
- Tasks:
- Transfer 976 hotel data records from the old website to the new layout.
- Adjust data to fit the new layout, including mapping, nearby hotels, attractions, distances, text, videos, and pictures.
- Payment: $500 upon completion by the deadline.
Milestone 4: AI Implementation and Payment Methods Integration
- Deadline: August 27 to September 10.
- Tasks:
- Implement AI technologies, including:
- Automated news posting.
- Automated emails.
- Best hotels of the year submission and voting system.
- Maximize automation to reduce human intervention.
- Ensure all global payment methods are integrated.
- Payment: $500 upon completion by the deadline.
Milestone 5: Final Testing and Optimization
- Deadline: September 10 to September 15.
- Tasks:
- Conduct thorough testing and optimization for all iOS and Android devices.
- Ensure full functionality of payment methods, AI systems, and admin panel controls.
- Optimize the website for various devices including phones, tablets, and computers (both iOS and Android based).
- Payment: $500 upon completion by the deadline.
