I’m building “Premium AI”, a web platform that marries two equally critical capabilities: an AI-powered Home Architect and seamless Voice-First Navigation. I already have the product vision and the high-level UX; I now need a full-stack developer who can turn that vision into a production-ready React.js + Node.js application and weave in robust AI/ML models.
Core scope
• Home Architect: take a user’s spoken description, output an autogenerated floor plan, interior design suggestions, and render a 60-second walkthrough video on the fly.
• Voice-First Navigation: the entire interface must be operable by voice. The system should recognise three command categories:
– Navigation commands (open, close, navigate)
– Design commands (create, delete, modify)
– Interaction commands (play, pause, stop)
Technical expectations
• Front end in React.js with a clean component architecture that supports speech-driven interactions.
• Back end in Node.js (Express or Nest welcome) exposing REST or GraphQL endpoints for both voice and design pipelines.
• AI/ML layer: I’m flexible—choose TensorFlow, PyTorch, or any framework you deem best for scalable deployment, provided it handles speech-to-text, text-to-speech, generative design, and video synthesis reliably.
• Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar), CI/CD, and a straightforward way for me to monitor logs and metrics.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional web app hosted in a cloud environment.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README and setup scripts.
3. Model training or fine-tuning notebooks plus exported models.
4. One-page developer hand-off document outlining future scaling considerations.
Acceptance criteria
– Voice commands work hands-free across the three categories with <1 s latency.
– Floor plan, design assets, and 60-second video generated from a single voice prompt in under two minutes.
– Code passes linting, unit tests, and delivers >90 % test coverage on core logic.
