Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our team of talented professionals.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the option to choose a 36 or 40-hour work week.
Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team setting, is passionate about technology, and is eager to grow with us long-term.

This is Long-term job offer, at least 1 year (if expectations are reached), after 1 month trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js.
Utilize Puppeteer and/or Playwright for browser automation tasks.
Write clean, maintainable code in TypeScript (preferred).

Collaborate with a team of developers on various projects.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team meetings.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Node.js backend development.
Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Puppeteer or Playwright is required.

Knowledge of PHP Laravel is a significant plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

Fully remote work with flexible hours and time-intervals
Choice of a 36 or 40-hour work week.
Must be available for team interactions and provide feedback within 6-12 hours during working days.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting wage of $9 per hour, with potential increases based on performance and skill.
Performance-based bonuses for achieving defined goals.
Initial 1-month paid trial period, followed by a 1-year contract with potential for extension.
Use of Jira for project management and Slack for team communication.
