Photo Capture CRM Web App -- 2

I need a small, browser-based application that lets me open the device camera, snap a customer photo, and instantly save the image with an automatically generated sequential number (001, 002, 003 …). As soon as the picture is stored, a form should appear so I can record the customer’s full, detailed profile—name, address, contact numbers, email, and any extra fields specific to my business.

Because the database will grow quickly, I also want to reach information fast and move it elsewhere when needed. To make that possible, the build must include:

• Search functionality, including a multi-criteria search that can filter by any field or the photo number
• Customer data export in a common format (CSV or Excel)
• User authentication and login so only authorised staff can access or modify records

The front end can be vanilla JavaScript, React, or any lightweight framework you prefer; the back end is open as long as it stays portable (Node, PHP, or Python are fine). Code must be clean, well-commented, and delivered ready to deploy on a standard shared hosting or cloud instance.
