I'm seeking a developer experienced with React and Node.js to create a payroll application. The main focus of the application will be handling employee payment processing.

Key Requirements:
- Design and implement an intuitive interface with React
- Build a robust server-side application with Node.js
- Create functionalities specifically for processing employee payments

Additionally, the application should be tailored for a single country's tax laws, so no multi-country tax calculation is necessary.

The application should also support payment via check. Experience in payroll systems and understanding of payment processing is a plus.
