Part-Time Developer for EST Work Overlap

EST availability: I'm based in IST but keep a daily overlap of 7:30am to 11:30am EST (5:00pm to 9:00pm IST) on Slack for quick check-ins and urgent issues. I can commit 20 to 25 hours per week part-time for the long term.

Communication style: I prefer written updates. I leave short notes on GitHub PRs, move Trello cards with status, post twice daily on Slack, and end the day with a 3-point summary: what shipped today, what's next, any blockers.

Remote example: In my last development project with a US team on React and Node, I pushed code in my evening and attached a short Loom to each PR so the team had context by their morning. Once a client reported a critical bug at 9am EST, I fixed it within that 7:30-11:30 window, added tests, and updated GitHub the same morning. Within two weeks they handed me a full feature module without micromanagement.
