Parsing Email -- Next JS API (TypeScript)

I am building the ticket support system through mail. Let me tell you the flow . User report from my application by posting their mail, report message and stuffs and after getting the users mail, we message them this is how the ticket will be created. I will send the ticket in the subject of mail in order to track the specific mail. When user reply my mail, i will track the mail by using the unique ticket which i attached to that subject of specific user, I am using IMAP npm package to do all these. And then while extracting message, i will extract the unseen message. The main problem i am facing is while parsing the mail sent by the user. I tried using all npm packages like mailparser, node reply email parser,etc. But nothing seems to work and parse the email thoroughly. I am using typescript and next js api in order to do this. Let me know if you can help me .
