Outlook-to-WhatsApp Email Forwarding

I need a lightweight automation that watches my email inbox (proprietary email address linked to my domain, not gmail or outlook), detects incoming messages containing certain keywords I’ll provide, and then pushes a brief, custom-formatted summary of each match to my WhatsApp number within two minutes of arrival. I couldn't get Zapier’s to do this, sometimes emails arrived, sometimes they didn't, so I’m open to any alternative—whether that’s custom code (Python, Node.js, PowerShell, etc.), Microsoft Power Automate, Make/Integromat, or something entirely different—so long as it’s reliable and easy for me to maintain.

• Filter: act only on emails matching specific keywords in the subject or body.
• Message format on WhatsApp: a concise summary that pulls out the sender, subject, first line of the body, plus a short text I’ll define.
• Latency target: preferably real-time; hard maximum of two minutes from email arrival to WhatsApp delivery.

1. A working flow, script, or micro-service deployed (or ready to deploy) on a free-tier cloud or my own server.
2. Clear setup notes so I can edit keywords and tweak the summary template myself.
