I am in need of an experienced developer who can work on creating a custom Outlook calendar API. This API should have some specific functionalities and integrations that I need to make my workflow more efficient and effective.

- **Event Creation and Deletion**: I need the API to enable easy and quick event creation and deletion.
- **Reminder Notification**: This API should also be capable of sending out reminder notifications for important events.
