Optimize NestJS Notification System

I'm looking for an experienced Node.js/NestJS developer to fix and optimize our notification reminder system using BullMQ. The current system is having issues with notification processing and needs proper implementation of recurring notifications.

Current System Architecture:
- Backend: NestJS with TypeScript
- Queue System: BullMQ with Redis
- Database: MongoDB for user data, Redis for queue management
- Deployment: Docker containers

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expert level Node.js and NestJS development
- Strong experience with BullMQ or similar queue systems
- Redis knowledge and queue management
- TypeScript expertise and type safety
- Docker experience for containerized development
- MongoDB and database design experience

Reminder Types to Implement
Cycle reminders (5 types): Period start/end, fertility start/end, ovulation
Weight input reminders: Recurring daily/weekly reminders
Medicine reminders: Multiple medicines with custom intervals
Blog notifications: Event-triggered social interactions
