Online Farm Real Estate

I'm from Argentina, where the agro-cattle industry it's the main one. I have the idea of an online platform where users can connect with others to buy or rent their next field. It would be rather similar to the main online platform for house rental/buy in Argentina (www.zonaprop.com.ar). There users can buy/sell/rent properties, and they publish their properties with different levels of exposure, which translate in different publications prices. My idea is to add the following plus: For an extra fee, an user can get an agricultural engineer to come to the field and audit its quality and characteristics. That way, the user can add to the publication a validate report that shows its quality. I already have the UI/UX design, so I only need someone to work with in an agile metholodogy to completely develop, deploy and mantain my system.

The users would have a web app, which should be developed with React. For the backend I'm looking for a Node.js solution. The platform would interact with payment platforms and with Google Maps APIs.
