I have ready made chat app and i want to add TOR service detect functionality.

Target:

- Block all access using proxy.

- Allow access from US, UK and Canada

- Log all toxic attempts

I prefer to use shodan API, as i already purchased API key for it.

Frontennd is developed with React, backend is Node.
