Nodejs webapp with elasticsearch backend POC

We’re looking to do a POC on using a map library (like leaflet) to display geojson data from an elasticsearch index. The goal for this project would be to display a US map with a layer consisting of multiple line strings from an elasticsearch index. Access to the elasticsearch cloud cluster will be provided. Working code, demo, and deployment instructions would be deliverables.
