Nodejs get value of json.txt

i have peace of code that need to be changed in nodejs, there is a list of site where it sents a get request too, and i want it to pick the number values, but it only does it when valid .json i just want it pick all the numbers no matter if its json or whatever.
I hope somebody can help.
