Nodejs canvas create a design with a background color and text

I need a nodejs canvas code that draws an arc as shown in the attached image (display.png). The idea is that the arc should resize when the canvas width and height changes and have a way to change the size of the arc from the left side.

The requirement is:
a. The arc should be responsive such that resizing the canvas width and height should not change the shape of the arc
b. By setting a value of how far the arc is from the left side it should be adjustable from the left side without changing the arc shape.
c. Should be done on nodejs with node-canvas since its been integrated with an existing project. The package is available at: https://www.npmjs.com/package/canvas
d. Since the code is run on the terminal it should always include #!/usr/bin/env node shebang
I have also attached a sample of code which has generated the current arc.
The colors are as follows
a. The canvas fill color is: #285D3E
b. The arc fill color is: #36906b

Since this is abit urgent i have also attached a sample code that creates the current arc you can use this to make sure the arc is responsive or create your own code.
