Nodejs React Custom fields

Need to implement custom fields in the existing commercial template.
Already purchased a commercial template for product listing. I need simple custom fields (text, drop-down, number field, multip choice, and checkbox). see sample https://kiho.github.io/react-form-builder/
Once added it'll list out in the product for add, edit update and delete.
Milestone 1: 5%
Before proceeding to actual work. I just create one additional milestone to check the freelancer's good in react and nodejs. request to add a few direct fields on the product page in a short time
Milestone 2 : 75% - Deliver the entire code with agreed functionalities
Milestone 3 - Feedback and Toruble shoot if any error.
