Nodejs + ExpressJS + MySQL + Nuxtjs: login / register system

Hello,
I need a web login and registration system. This system should fulfill the following requirements:
Backend:
- NodeJS + ExpressJS + MySQL (backend) and NuxtJS SSR(!!) (frontend).
- send emails (for example to activate users) using a SMTP server.
- The users must be able to reset passwords
- Users must have groups (admin, user etc.) in the database, which are reported back to the frontend and displayed
Frontend:
- The previously mentioned requirements should be made functional. In other words, the system should be ready to use.
There should be no reliance on external services (For example AWS Amplify etc.)!
A future extension of the system is possible (For example an avatar system for the users).
The backend and frontend do not need to be programmed from scratch as long as your system works!
