Nodejs Express BackEnd API Developer

I am looking for a Nodejs Express BackEnd API Developer who can help me create a RestFul API retrieve data from a SQL database and other API. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing APIs and be familiar with SQL databases, NodeJS ans AWS Lambda and hosting. The API will be used to retrieve data from the database based on specifications provided by me. I do not have an existing API documentation, but I have specifications that the freelancer can use to create the documentation. The project requires the following skills:

- SQL databases
- API development
- Documentation creation
