NodeJs Web App with JWT & HLS

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a NodeJs-based web application that runs within a container. This application will utilize JWtokens for authentication and will integrate with both internal and third-party APIs to deliver audio and video content.
Key Requirements:
- Utilize HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) for delivering streaming media.
- Implement Role-based Access Control (RBAC) using JWtokens for user authentication and authorization.
- Skill in NodeJs, containerization technologies (like Docker), and API integration is essential.
- Experience with HLS and understanding of its workings will be a plus.
- Previous work demonstrating expertise in implementing RBAC with JWTokens is highly desirable.
The main functions of this application would be:
- Calling various backends through integrated APIs.
- Handling responses and implementing them as a seamless streaming audio and video experience.
An ability to produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code is crucial. I'm looking for someone who can not only deliver this project on time but also ensure the application is robust and scalable.
