I am searching a freelancer to help on a small javascript project. I distilled the project to make it easier digestable. The following tasks need to be completed. A current raw version of the app can be found here https://immense-sands-57232.herokuapp.com/
Tasks

* create a javascript select that mongodb can use
** fields in the select should be derived from the data.json attached. the output should be similar to the raw heroku app above.
** the select should update the input below the "recover token" select based on the selected value
** if raw contract address is selected the user should be able to choose his own address
* update fields in mongodb database
* create a nodejs script that reads out all the mongodb entries line by line
