NodeJS that saves unregistered contacts from whatsapp

It is an exe in Nodejs that I have, what it does is save contacts that are not added in WhatsApp (Only the unregistered is omitted by the registered).

What is missing or rather the error to be solved that is missing is that it is not recognizing all the archived chats, it is only recognizing x amount of the thousands that there are.

I need to go through everything to detect what is not saved and then generate the vcf file with them already saved.

Budget $50 and I want it for today preferably.
