NodeJS backend for a website and raspberry pi

we have a frontend built on next js and want a backend made with NodeJS.
multiple Raspberry pies are set at different locations and each of them sends a report of some sort to the server.
this report shall be accusable to both the local operator and admin .
admin can be able to read and delete, whereas local operator can only read it.
all of them need authentication. also apis for local operator registration, admin should able to accept it or reject it.
user can individually login and can see their personal report if available.
