NodeJS - Sharding - Kurasuta alternative

Hi, I have a Node.JS code that is being used by hundreds of thousands of people, currently, we are using Kurasuta to shard the code.
The issue with Kurasuta is if the server needs to be rebooted it takes 30-70 mins for all the shards to come back online, I need a better alternative and for you to implement it. (we use MongoDB so no MYSQL options)
In your proposal mention the word RED at the beginning and the solution you can provide as an alternative to using Kurasuta with the actual working time needed to be delivered.
All proposals without this being understood and followed precisely will immediately be deleted.
