NodeJS Backend Customization

I need someone to customize existing Cell tower geolocation " https://github.com/tramseyer/cell-geolocation/blob/master/README.md " with functionalities:
- remove MLS and choose local opencellid (as default)
- api input parameter (json request body) will be the same as unwiredlabs format (pls refer document from unwiredlab), call openstreetmap geo api to get address and then build the response the same as unwiredlabs format
- add triangulation algorithm

Key Requirements:
- API integration between Open CellID and Unwiredlab
- Ensure real-time data exchange
- Focus on location data

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in NodeJS
- Experience with API integration
- Familiarity with real-time data processing
