NodeBB 3.10.x "Custom Search Plugin" -- 2

My budget is $100.00 based on many conversations I've had so far. No more, no less and need it in 1 day or less.
This is a simple job for someone that knows nodebb very well. Complete this and I may have ongoing work for you.
The platform is NodeBB v3.10.x, Harmony child theme running on Ubuntu.
The plan calls for a search form in Category xx to search post titles and message bodies.
Users should be able to search for terms like "Seattle" or "09/09/2024" and see results from that category only, not site wide. Again, this is a front end search, not a back end one.
What's needed from you:
Ensure search logic functions as expected.
Ensure topics search fetches results properly for Category xx and sub categories if any.
Embed the search form at the top of the Category xx page.
I can provide the plugin I have so far (based on a nodebb quickstart plugin) but there is not much in there and it's probably better if you start from scratch using the one I have only for a few variables like category ID.
You'll have to work on your own host because mine is not live. As you complete a version, you'll zip it up, send it, I'll install it and test on my own host. Once working and debugged, the job will be completed.
