Node.js with AWS

We done one project 18months back with Node.JS and for some reason its not made live, its fully developed and tested Project . Now we need person who setup AWS and make some changes/new feature in the app and implement Payment gateway. We need setup full AWS with ec2, DB, Cognito user for both web and Mobile , SNS, S3, I am, Pinpoint and mobile OTP with new header. First ASW setup then we talk about new implementation.
