Node.js form in MS Azure Function App
Budget: $100 – $500 CAD
I need a form (currently using MS Forms) to be developed and hosted on our organizational Azure Function App.
Authentication is very important; it must use Office 365 for the login process and save it for further use. (Please do not message if you do not have experience with this).
As the user submits the form, it should add the data to an MS SQL Server table.
The final app will be hosted on an Azure Function App service based on Node.js.
