Node.js developer with strong React experience

We are looking for a senior level backend Js developer for a growing company. no agencies. The product has been developed by an outside company and we are bringing the development in house.
Our backend is written in Node.js and the web/mobile app in development is React. You will be responsible for reviewing the current backend code base and making recommendations then implementing improvements.

All members we expect to be cross trained and to openly share and collaborate with the development team, and product team. You may be asked to perform code reviews for back end node.js work. We use TDD for all development and kanban to plan and monitor our work.
Full stack experience is a big plus. AWS Cloudformation and or general cd/ci experience is a plus.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a strong understanding of software architecture and clean code
- Has 5+ years of Node.js experience
- Has 3+ years of React JS
- Has 7+ years of js/html/css
- is not shy to respectfully disagree with co workers and supervisors
- is comfortable with tdd
- appreciates devops practices and culture
- works well in a team
