Node.js developer with Serverless framework experience

I need an experienced node.js developer.

They must have
- extensive experience with node.js
- experience with typescript.
- commercial experience with serverless framework and IAC
- experience with DynamoDb
- some light SPA experience (ideally Vue.js but will consider otherwise)

Optionally:
- GraphQL
- Terraform
- Localstack, integration & unit tests
- Docker
- SNS, SQS, Messaging frameworks, Pub/sub and micro-services.
