Node.js developer for Employee monitoring tool

We're evaluating open tools similar to Hubstaff but the ones which store images on the corporate server.
We're looking for a freelance node.js developer who can help with the below 3 basic points:
-capture screen from the user's device who've opted in for the screen capturing (at 3/5/10 minutes intervals)
-set up an image server for storing the monitored photos
-admin view to view the images of the users
Please share the time and money needed to complete the work. If the initial work is good, we will keep the new activities assigned to you.
