Node JS developer

I am looking for an experienced Node.js developer to build an API for a project I have in mind. The developer should be comfortable working with Express, as that is the library this project will be using. The main functionality of this project is API development. I do not have a detailed project specification yet, but I do have a rough idea of what needs to be done. The right candidate for this job must have experience building APIs with Node.js and knowledge of Express.
