Node.js Website Deployment on Windows Server IIS

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to analyze an existing Node.js (Next.js) website source code and successfully deploy it to a Windows Server environment using IIS.

Your task will be to:
- Review the provided source code and understand its structure and dependencies.
- Install and configure the application on a Windows Server IIS via controled remote connection.
- Provide a clear, step-by-step document outlining the entire setup process so we can replicate it for future deployments.

Deliverables:
- Fully functional deployment of the website on our Windows Server under IIS
- A detailed document describing wow to install and configure the app

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Node.js and deploying Next.js applications
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration
- Experience configuring IIS, including reverse proxy using Application Request Routing (ARR) - this might be required for the deployment
- Working knowledge of PM2 or other Node.js process managers
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent written communication for documentation
