Node Web App - Image Upload + Database

I have a small node application that need some additions. The current state just create a image based off a couple of text fields a user inputs.
Need some additional changes to create the image on the backend (current creates it on frontend) and we can add a database to to track history of images created.
Only apply if you are very familiar with javascript, node, react, and docker please.
