Node.js Vue/React Portal Development

I need to create a web portal exactly like "playmatches.com" there, I have included a video of the requirement (the Video is in the Hindi Language).
Apart from this, I'm looking for a long-term collaboration I do have a couple of more projects which required a developer with the same skills.
