When a user subscribes without choosing a plan, or if he chooses the free plan, he must be able to follow the process without having to enter a payment method.
One concierge : the free plan which allows to configure one country or one location
Premier concierge : the paid plan with more features than the free plan. The user pays for each country and location he configured for an amount of 19€ each
World concierge : allow to configure information worldwide (not related to country). It’s an additional option with a fixed price of 99€
Annual subscription : the user also has the possibility to subscribe for a whole year. In this case he benefits a discount of 12%, giving prices of 17€ for Premier concierge and 87€ for World concierge.
When subscribing annually, a user can’t stop or decrease it’s subscription before the whole year is finished.
Recurring subscription
We want to be able to create recurring subscriptions for a user.
For World concierge, it’s a fixed price, depending on the frequency (monthly vs annual)
For Premier concierge, the amount depends on the number of countries and locations
So we need to wait until the end of the month to send an invoice.
Also, when a user adds a new country or a new location during a month, we want to prorate the amount so he will pay only for the number of days the application is published.
In the invoices, we want to be able to separate subscriptions for countries and for locations.
So it seems a good idea to create one product for countries and another one for locations.
