Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust database schema to manage various types of user information:

- Payment information (e.g., credit card details, transaction history)
- Custom data for managing tickets, conversations, organizations, roles and chat bot customization.
- Build tables and establish relationships between entities in an efficient manner.
- Create functionalities for ticket management:
- Creating and assigning tickets
- Sharing tickets with users
- Tracking ticket status
Ideal Skills and Experience:
