Node.js Ping & Telegram Notification

As the project owner, I am seeking an experienced Node.js developer to create a system that pings various servers and sends notifications via a Telegram bot. The project specifically requires optimization for the Windows platform, with the application written using Node.js version 10.

The key components of the project are:

Ping Servers:
- The system must routinely send pings to multiple identified servers (all servers is local IP example 192.168.50.111)

Telegram Bot Notifications:
- Upon detecting offline servers or significant latency issues, the bot should promptly send notifications to selected groups.
- The notifications should include detailed specifics, such as the server's IP address, the duration of server downtime, and latency during ping.

Telegram Bot Flow:
- Add the bot to group
- Run /start command
- The bot start working as setup from nodejs

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Node.js (specifically version 10)
- Experience in developing for Windows OS
- Familiarity with the Telegram bot API
- Experience with server monitoring tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail for identifying and resolving latency issues.
- Docker compose
