Implement solutions to ensure the Node.js application and its dependencies have the necessary permissions to execute correctly on Windows.

Test the solution thoroughly to confirm the error is resolved and the application runs as expected.

Provide clear documentation of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Node.js and NPM.

Experience troubleshooting file permission issues in Windows environments.

Proficiency in diagnosing and debugging Node.js build processes and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Grunt).
