Node.js Developer for Real Estate Backend

I need a Node.js developer to build the backend for my real estate project. The frontend has already been developed using React.js and Next.js.
Key Requirements:
- User Authentication and Authorization: Implement a robust system for signing up, logging in, and managing users. The system should include:
- Social Media Login Integration
- Two-Factor Authentication
- Role-Based Access Control
- Property Listing and Search: Develop functionalities that allow users to search properties based on Location (city, state, zip code).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
