Node.js Backend + Data Migration

I'm looking for an individual experienced backend developer (No companies) to build a new API-based backend for an existing digital content platform. The current backend is built with Laravel and needs to be fully replaced with a modern Node.js architecture.

Scope of Work:
Develop a new backend using Node.js (Express or NestJS)
Build a REST API to be consumed by a Flutter mobile app
Use PostgreSQL as the database (via Prisma or TypeORM)
Implement user authentication (JWT-based)
Enable file upload and content monetization logic
Implement user balance tracking and a request-based withdrawal feature
Integrate with Stripe (or prepare for integration)
Perform a data migration from the current Laravel system (users, files, transactions, wallets)

Requirements:
Proven experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and authentication
Experience with payment gateways (Stripe or similar)
Ability to migrate data from Laravel/PHP to Node.js/PostgreSQL
Clean, well-documented code and good communication

Fully functional backend with documented API
Completed data migration or migration scripts
Setup and deployment instructions
