Node Js API for a tree cutting application

I'm looking for a developer who will re purpose a nodejs application to suit our current application needs. This API will be responsible for storing updates in an RDS DB, and uploading Assets to S3, both of which will be created for you already. Schema and all. If you need to make additions to to either one, we can create a account for you to do exactly that.
You will essentially handle:
Mileage,
Expenses,
Equipment Listings (create, delete, update),
Upload Images to S3 (logic already pre-defined),
Updatings Swagger which is already included,
Chat Room session,
Job Bookings..
This will be for a react Native application.
