Node.js API Development

I am in need of a skilled Node.js developer to help me build a set of RESTful APIs for my project. The APIs should have two main functionalities
Key requirements include:
1. Building APIs as per the given structure
2. Should interact with MySQL Database, we will provide the DB structure.
3. Updating the connection status, posting the data and other required data
4. Building Webhook
5. Application should be scalable and should run cluster mode.
The project has a high priority and I am looking to have it done as soon as possible.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Experience with RESTful API design
- Strong understanding of user authentication mechanisms
- Prior experience with file handling in Node.js
