New Application (web, IOS, Android)

My project is about creating a new application for the Web, Android and IOS platform. Not only is the development required, I am interested in a full design and user interface as well. That's why I'm looking for an experienced developer who is proficient in the React programming language. The successful candidate should be able to bring my vision to life, understanding the nuances of the app and producing something that is both functional and visually appealing. I'm excited to see what you can create!

This is Abdulkarim, and I am looking for someone with good skills to develop new applications,
mainly for website and iOS and Android. I'd like to know if you've ever worked on a project like this before. looking Front-End React native (web, iso, apk), Back-End Node.js express APIs and MySQL db.
My app is for home and apartment's ads, management, (clients, Owners) and more. below similar apps
but they are not exactly the same because my app is more advanced and has a brand new idea and more details.
