We want to build a conversational bot using Twilio, and ChatGPT that utilizes text-to-speech and speech-to-text libraries. The project will be in node.js and you will have experience with the following:
- OpenAI API
- Twillo Voice API
- ElevenLabs, Play.HT or similar Text to Speech API
- Deepgram or Whisper for Speech to text
