Need a sys-admin to deploy NodeJS apps to Ubuntu cloud

Hi, I have a problem when I deployment NodeJS apps to Ubuntu server. I have installed NodeJS, npm and pm2, it is running on localhost but I cannot call via IP. So I need someone can help me resolve that.
There was 3 apps written by NodeJS so I want to deploy it via 3 ports.
I will provide an ssh screen on my desk so you can connect to the server by drive my desk.
