Need a node js developer to correct existing code which connect with a rtsp url live stream and return base64 string to web socket and in front end i should only see base64 of jpeg

I needed this solution within 4 hrs, i have working code but in my code its returning a hexadecimal binary data instead of base64 of jpeg . I can see this in postman client a lot of binary data
