Need node js backend developer

One of my clients is looking for node js backend developer for 4-5 hours on daily basis. He is rom Norway and he will only hire experienced developer so it is important that you are able to showcase some of your previous work experience. I will shortlist the candidates and will conduct a google meet interview with him.
Below are exact words of the client :
we need somebody who is available 4-5 hr everyday and have 3+ years of experience working on node,js building webapps, web-based payments and other integrations on cloud. Must be available 2-3 hrs after 6 PM IST. Familiar with html and angular.
